Position Overview






The Campus President is an executive leadership position holding primary accountability for everything that does and does not happen on campus. This role is responsible for maintaining a sound balance between education and business – leading by example, modeling the NLC Mission, Spirit, and Core Values in daily behaviors with students, customers, and staff. The Campus President will set high standards of educational and operational excellence, inspiring others through clarity of purpose, optimizing the performance of all team members, technology, facilities.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:






  • Lead education and operational teams by forging synergy, maintaining an executive presence, attracting and developing talent, and managing change.
  • Promote a positive work environment where employees are held accountable to campus and organizational standards, inspired, and challenged to drive process improvement, and treated with respect and appreciation.
  • Direct education leadership and critical roles to ensure educational evaluations of Training Specialists are performed regularly, consistent with training standards and a commitment to deliver high-quality educational experiences to produce First-Choice students.
  • Own high quality educational delivery by ensuring key methods, models, and policies are followed.
  • Own campus operations by ensuring the operations and facilities teams act as service providers to our educational objectives and commit to First Choice students.
  • Own campus safety by ensuring that safety requirements and practices are actively followed, monitored, and evaluated to warrant safety of students, staff, and visitors.
  • Ensure the Director, Education optimizes the student experience by developing learning and growth opportunities for ALL students.
  • Manage campus profit and loss statements, emphasizing increasing gross margins while driving down expenses. Own responsibility of all aspects of the campus budget.
  • Monitor all campus-related KPIs, including enrollment, satisfaction and evaluation, compliance and other indicators, to ensure the campus is aligned with strategic goals and targets.
  • Cultivate a strong network by building relationships with other departments, employers of our students, our parent company Quanta Services, and other key partners.








Required Education & Experience






  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years management experience with operational and fiscal responsibilities in education, trades, or similar environment.








Technical Requirements/ Core Competencies






  • Ability to develop and implement long-term goals and strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and develop large, multi-functional teams.
  • Experience with fiscal responsibility to include budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, capital expenditures, and resource allocation.
  • Skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of the trades or willingness and ability to learn on the job through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration.








Salary






$170,000 - $190,000+ annually, DOE
Executive Compensation Package, including a GREAT BENEFITS PACKAGE & VEHICLE ALLOWANCE
